CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Deposits placed on gowns are non-refundable.
The Little Bridal Boutique works like a dress agency and sells gowns on behalf of their owners (individuals or shops).
Once a deposit is placed on a gown the purchaser will be deemed to have entered into an agreement to pay the balance and The Little Bridal Boutique will pay the seller in full on the purchaser's behalf.
If you find your wedding dress is faulty (and it wasn't pointed out at the time of purchase) The Little Bridal Boutique adhere to the normal statutory consumer rights policy on second hand goods ie you have 7 days to return the item in the condition it left the boutique or you will be deemed to have accepted it. If you return the item within 7 days you will be given a full refund.
CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS
Whilst every attempt is made to keep gowns pristine, some slight marking might occur if gowns are tried on a lot. While The Little Bridal Boutique will pay the cost of re-cleaning any sold gowns, we are unable to absorb the cost of re-cleaning gowns which are being returned to their owners.
