For purchasers of pre-loved dresses
Deposits placed on gowns are non-refundable.
The Little Bridal Boutique operates like a dress agency and sells pre-loved gowns on behalf of their owners (individuals or shops).
Once a deposit is placed on a gown the purchaser will be deemed to have entered into an agreement to pay the balance and The Little Bridal Boutique will pay the seller in full on the purchaser’s behalf.
If you find that your wedding dress is faulty (and it wasn’t pointed out at the time of purchase) The Little Bridal Boutique adhere to the normal statutory consumer rights policy on second hand goods i.e. you have 7 days to return the item in the condition it left the boutique or you will be deemed to have accepted it. If you return the item within 7 days you will be given a full refund.
For purchasers of new gowns
All bridal gowns and accessories purchased at The Little Bridal Boutique are made to order and to the customer’s specifications.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the details of the order to ensure all information provided is correct. All sales are final.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the cost is required for all orders.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The balance of payment of the cost of the order is required within 14 days of the goods arriving in the boutique or upon collection of the goods by the customer, whichever is earlier. The balance must be paid in full before any alterations to the goods can be carried out.
All goods remain the property of The Little Bridal Boutique until the final balance is paid in full.
The price stated is subject to change if the order is amended after the date the initial order is submitted.
The price stated only covers the cost of the goods, it does not cover the cost of any fittings and alterations.
Measurements are taken at the time of booking and at each fitting thereafter and are approved by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform The Little Bridal Boutique of any significant weight changes or pregnancy. The customer will be required to pay any additional costs incurred as a result of significant weight changes or pregnancy.
The Little Bridal Boutique will not accept liability for any damage or loss to the goods once they have been tried on, used or collected by the customer.
